Terms of Use

Risen · updated 11/04/2026

Risen is one app, with one account and two interfaces: Club (workouts, alone or in a group) and Pro (habits, Daily Map, tasks, calendar, money, goals and ideas). By creating an account or signing in, you accept these terms.

Who can use it

Risen is only for people 18 and older. If there are signs an account belongs to someone younger, we suspend access. You can ask for a review through support.

Use

Log only real workouts and real data. The app admin can fix or void entries and points. Points are just for the competition and are not worth any prize or money.

Health and money

The app is not medical, nutrition or financial advice. Train within your limits and see a professional when you need to.

Community rules (zero tolerance)

We have zero tolerance for offensive content and abusive people.

Anyone who breaks the rules has their content removed and may be taken out of the group or have their account banned, without notice. A banned account can't sign in, and deleting it and creating another with the same email does not lift the ban.

Report and block

On any photo, message, comment, challenge, public group or person, tap Report. Reports are anonymous. We review them within 24 hours and remove the content and whoever posted it, when needed. You can also block anyone: you stop seeing each other's photos and messages, and neither of you gets alerts, challenges or invitations from the other.

Your content

You still own your photos and texts. You let us store them and show them to the people in your groups, so the app works. Two things depend on your choice: with the Everyone in the app option, your workout photos also show in Community to anyone in the app, after a moderator approves them; in a public group, anyone in the app can join while there's room and see what the group shows. Your Pro data is yours alone.

Delete your account

Any time, in both interfaces: in Club, under Profile → Settings → Delete my account; in Pro, under More → Settings → Delete my account. Everything is deleted: workouts, photos, points, messages, challenges and Pro data. For someone banned or taken out of a group for breaking the rules, only an irreversible code of the email stays (see the Privacy Policy).

Changes

The app may change or go offline. We'll let you know in the app when these terms change.

Governing law

The laws of Brazil, including the Consumer Protection Code (Código de Defesa do Consumidor) and the LGPD (Brazil's General Data Protection Law).
